We take the time to understand the demographics of our individual council clients, acting at all times in a manner that does not compromise council’s reputation.

Our goal is to manage all aspects of debt recovery, allowing our local government clients to maximise their resources and focus on their key responsibilities to the benefit of all stakeholders. We deliver tangible, valuable outcomes – in the 2013/2014 rate collection cycle we achieved an average collection rate of 98 percent for our clients.
